We can help if you are being prosecuted for motoring
offences such as speeding, careless driving, failing to report or stop
after an accident, and any or drink or drug related driving offences.
We can also help if you are being prosecuted for a penalty points
disqualification which is known as ‘totting up’ or if you wish to make an
application to court to remove a driving disqualification.
As a legal aid category 1 supplier for criminal defence work, where
possible, we will obtain publicly funded representation if it is available
for your case. If publicly funded representation is not available we offer
an initial fixed fee interview up to 60 minutes costing £50, which
includes VAT, and we then provide written confirmation of our advice.
If you ask us to represent you at court and publicly funded representation
is not available we will arrange to represent you on a guaranteed fixed
fee confirmed by us in writing before you go to court. We will provide you
with the best possible advice and representation to provide you with a
quality service individually tailored to your requirements.
